Cancellations & Returns

At Me99, it’s our goal to give you the best possible shopping experience while you select and purchase your favorite outfits. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control. 
Here is everything you need to know about our Cancellation and Refund policy so that if you decide to cancel or seek a refund, you won’t have a problem.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Q: If I change my mind after ordering, can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 8 hours of placing it. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail. We regret to inform you that Ready To Ship orders cannot be canceled as they are sent out within 8 hours of their receipt.

Q: What if I cancel my order after 8 hours?  

1. Yes, we have a provision for that too, but remember that orders that are canceled after 8 hours are handled on a case-by-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the extent of the process.
2. We provide refunds for all such orders only in the form of store credit. The Store Credit can be redeemed on our Website within a specified period after issuance. 
3. We will cancel your order within two business days, after receiving your cancellation request, and send you a notification via e-mail.

Q: Could “unforeseen circumstances” cause a delay at Me99?

A: We make every effort to ensure that your ordered products are shipped out to you in the promised time frame, but there are times when your order may be delayed due to the unavailability of stock, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Returns after shipment

Q: I have received the order. But there’s a problem. Is it possible to return my order?

A: Yes you can. Our goal at Me99 is not to make customers, but rather to strengthen our family with happy members. We take stringent measures to deliver Fashion Delight to our customers globally, in the best possible condition but there’s always a possibility that
1. Item(s) may get damaged during transit; or
2. It may have been a manufacturing defect that wasn’t noticed during packing;
3. You receive the wrong item by mistake.  

Q: In what timeframe should I respond?

A: In case of any complaints regarding the product received as damaged, found with a manufacturing defect, or any other issue, please get in touch with us within 24 hours.

Q: In what scenarios would you not accept any returns?

A: Kindly be informed that any product purchased from our ‘Sale’ Section will not be returned under the Returns Policy except if due to a manufacturing defect, it is only eligible for exchange. We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 2 days of receiving the shipment, so please make sure you report the matter to us, and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. 
Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” Confirmation email from us, we will not be able to entertain such requests.

Q: How do I return an item ordered from Me99?

A: (a) Informing Me99
You must report any complaints regarding the product within 24 hours of receiving it if you have any.
(b) Email/WhatsApp confirmation from Me99
Once a Return Authorization has been confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgement Email/WhatsApp from us within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. Without the Return Authorization Reference, we will not be able to process any “Items Returned”.
We may request a digital picture/ opening video of the item for our internal review if needed.
(c) Sending back the items
When Shipping back the items:
1. Upon confirmation, our designated courier will collect the item from your doorstep. However, in case we are unable to arrange for a pickup in your area, you will be required to ship the item back to us.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags attached, original accessories, and in their original packaging.
3. Don’t forget to mark the packaging as “Defective Items for Returns” and “Not for Sale”.
(d) Receiving and inspecting items at Me99 Warehouse
As a policy, our teams shall examine the products on return and identify the defects/variations as indicated by you.

Q: Solutions post-receipt of returned items
A: After reviewing the returned item(s), our Customer Care team will offer you the following remedial solutions:
1. Choosing an alternate product of equal value as a replacement
2. a Store Credit to be used later for shopping on Me99
3. a Refund as decided on a case by case basis

Q: How much will a Refund/Store Credit be worth if I choose the same?
A: We will pay 100% of the value of the goods, less shipping costs and stitching fees (if applicable).

Q: When do returned items usually reach the Me99 warehouse?
A: Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at
